We’ve all heard the horror stories about the $3.9 million condo, condo, hotel, hotel and condo-type projects in the Miami Beach area, and they’re all really, really great.
And now the same can be said of a $1.1 million condo that was recently built in the downtown Miami area, where the condo will house the Hilton Hotel.
The new condo will be located in a shopping mall that is currently home to the Marriott Miami Beach.
That mall is undergoing a $500 million renovation and the new condo has been designed to be a luxury hotel.
But the developers plan to also build a second condo in the mall that will house a hotel.
That second condo is planned to be called a luxury suite and will also house a spa.
And this condo will also be part of a shopping center that was formerly home to a Macy’s.
The two condo projects are scheduled to be completed in 2018 and 2019.
The Hilton Hotel is located just a block from the Miami-Dade County Medical Center.
And it is part of the Hilton Group, which includes the Holiday Inn, Marriott, Sheraton, and other luxury hotels.
The Miami Beach project is part to a larger $300 million redevelopment that is underway to replace the historic St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and its parking lot with a mixed-use development that includes a hotel, condo-style hotel, spa, and office space.
