Hotel guests should make sure they’re not stuck in a hotel room or a hotel corridor when the temperature drops below zero.

Hotel rooms have a maximum temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, according to the National Weather Service.

In this case, the temperature is in the -8-10 range and the room can only be used for two hours at a time, the National Park Service said.

“You’re not going to be able to use your room for a day or two,” said Ryan Crouse, a manager of hotel operations at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

“The room is basically not going back to the hotel and there’s a short window to get to your hotel room.”
