DALLAS (The Associated Press) The Dallas Hotel & Resorts announced Wednesday it is relocating to a suburb of Dallas after four decades in a sprawling city with a population of roughly 10 million.
The company says it will open a new, 1,200-room hotel, a conference center and a restaurant in a suburban mall.
The new hotel, called The Texas Hotel, is expected to open by the end of the year.
The resort said it will invest $500 million in the new facility and create 1,400 jobs.
It said it’s not yet sure what it plans to do with the other buildings that are already in the building.
The hotel will remain in the city of Dallas, but it will operate in a different building.
It will have its own hotel, retail store and restaurant.
It plans to open a food court, cafe and entertainment district in the mall.
DALL AS A “CITY WITH THE MOST POPULATED IN THE WORLD” It’s been more than 50 years since the Dallas hotel was first opened, according to the hotel’s website.
Since then, the hotel has grown and has been one of the most popular destinations in the world, with more than 1.5 million people visiting the hotel each year, according for the hotel.
Its annual revenue has more than tripled to about $2 billion.
The Dallas area has about 1.8 million people, including about 1 million in metro Dallas.
Its population is estimated at about 1,800,000.
The Texas hotel, however, will be a city with the most population in the nation.
About 10,000 people are expected to be living in the downtown area of the city.
It’s the largest city in Texas.
Its downtown will have a total of about 8,000 apartments and condos.
The area will also see an influx of more than 10,500 new hotel guests over the next three years, according the company.
In the city’s southwest, the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, where the Texas Hotel will be located, will receive a total expansion of more of the 2,000-room Marriott Marquis Grand Hotel that opened in 2000.
It also plans to create nearly 100 new jobs.
The airport has received more than 4,000 new jobs in the last three years and plans to double its staff, according.
Dallas will also get a new convention center, new airport hotel, hotel retail stores and a new retail mall.
That’s a mix of jobs, including in retail, restaurants, a retail store, hotels and other businesses, according Toews said.
The decision to move is a positive for the city, he said.
Toews acknowledged that it will be challenging for some people in the Dallas area to find a job in the future, but he said that is the way it has always been.
He also noted that the hotel was not always the dominant draw of downtown Dallas.
The city is one of four largest metropolitan areas in the U.S. It is home to about 12 million people.
The other four largest are New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Philadelphia.
Dallas was among the first major cities to expand in the 1950s and 1960s as it attracted more business travelers from outside the United States.
But the growth in the 1980s slowed as suburbanites moved into the city to shop and work, said Tom Goyke, director of the Dallas Downtown Alliance.
That changed in the 1990s as many of the downtown buildings were converted to apartments and other buildings were torn down.
Goykes said that over time, downtown Dallas became more crowded.
The downtown has been growing since then, but now the downtown is seeing an influx in people who want to live and work in the surrounding neighborhoods, Goyes said.
In a statement, Toews noted that Dallas is home the headquarters of the U
